เงื่อนไขในการยื่นคำขอใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
  • กรณีซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าของ GQ (GQ Store): สามารถยื่นคำขอได้ภายในวันที่ซื้อสินค้า
  • กรณีซื้อสินค้าจาก GQ Official Website (gqsize.com), Shopee และ LINE Gift: สามารถยื่นคำขอได้ภายในสามวันนับจากวันจัดส่งสินค้า
  • กรณีซื้อสินค้าจาก Lazada: สามารถยื่นคำขอได้ภายในสามวันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
  • กรณีซื้อสินค้าจาก LINE: สามารถยื่นคำขอได้ภายในสามวันนับจากวันที่จ่ายชำระค่าสินค้า
ใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะถูกจัดส่งทางอีเมลล์ที่ลูกค้าระบุภายใน 15 วันทำการหลังจากวันที่ลูกค้ายื่นคำขอสำเร็จ

คำสั่งซื้อจากร้านค้า online จะมีการออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อดังกล่าวมีสถานะ "Completed" แล้วเท่านั้น

E-Tax Invoice can request according to the conditions as following.
  • Purchase from GQ Store: request within the purchase date
  • Purchase from GQ Official Website (gqsize.com), Shopee and LINE Gift: request within 3 days after shipped date
  • Purchase from Lazada: request within 3 days after delivery date
  • Purchase from LINE: request within 3 days after payment date
E-Tax Invoice will be sent via email within 15 working days after the form has been successful submitted.

E-Tax Invoice for order from Online Store will be issued when the order status is "Completed" only.

ข้าพเจ้ายืนยันว่าข้อมูลดังกล่าวถูกต้องและรับทราบเงื่อนไขที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลหลังจากยื่นคำขอสำเร็จหรือขอให้ออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ใหม่เพื่อแก้ไขข้อมูลดังกล่าว / I confirm the above information is correct and acknowledge the condition that cannot revise the information after request submitted or request for the new e-tax invoice to revise the information.
